Hungry Like the Wolf

I had fun with this card - based on a song inspired by the Fairy Tale - Little Red Riding Hood.  The song is Hungry Like the Wolf by Duran Duran.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Musically Challenged - Inspired by a Fairy Tale
 http://musicallychallengedchallenge.blogspot.gr/2014/02/challenge-19.html

I used some cupcake themed paper from Provo Crafts for the background.  The image is from Doodle Dragon Studios and is called Wolfie Smile.  He is meant to be holding a snowball but I decided to turn it into a giant chocolate chip cookie!  I typed the words out on the computer.

Just Saying Hello

It is always nice to have a card that is not a special occasion card - one just to say Hello.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Open Minded Challenges - Monochrome
http://open-mindedcraftingfun.blogspot.co.nz/2014/02/challenge-4-monochrome.html

I have used a paper from a paper pad for the background.  The image is from A & T Digital and coloured with copic markers.  The sentiment is from Desert Diva - I added some copic marker YG23 to the word Hello.  I have also added three small green pearls.

Love is in the Air

I thought this sentiment fitted the floating heart in the image!

I am entering my card into the following challenges:
Just Some Lines - Hearts and Love
http://justsomelinesblog.blogspot.co.nz/2014/02/february-challenge-hearts-love.html

Blue Angel

For some reason when I think of angels, I often think of the colour blue.  Maybe it's because I associate them with sitting on clouds in the blue sky!  So, yet again, I have worked with a blue colour scheme for an angel image!

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Open Minded Challenge - Monochrome
http://open-mindedcraftingfun.blogspot.co.nz/2014/02/challenge-4-monochrome.html

Flat Friends - More Than One Fold
http://flatfriendschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/challenge-17-more-than-1-fold-x.html

Frame It

It is time for a new challenge at Scribbles Designs.

Frames are a great way to draw attention to an item on your page helping to create a focal point.  They are also very versatile and can create quite an impact on your project.  So, this month we want you to use a frame somewhere on your creation.  We can't wait to see what you come up with.

Here is some inspiration from me to get you started:

I am also entering my card into these challenges:
CHNC - Patterned Paper - February
http://craftyhazelnutspatternedpaper.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/craftyhazelnuts-patterned-paper.html

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The images are Frame 9 and Flower Pot - both from Scribbles Designs.  I have coloured using copic markers and then highlighted using Stickles - Lavender.  I used the same Stickles to add a border around the larger image.  To finish, I have added some green pearls.
